Can I use cauliflower rice instead?
If you do not want to use a fresh cauliflower head and steam it, you can use frozen -frozen rice. Just thaw it and cook.
Please note that a fresh cauliflower head is cooking until the auction, then drain excess moisture, so you will have to drain excess water from the cauliflower rice.
The best way to do this is after cooking the high conop, place it in a clean hand towel and tighten as much liquid as possible, then follow the rest of the instructions for this particular recipe.
