❤️ Why do we like this recipe
We like apple butter and we like oats, so this cookie is a family favorite. This cookie is soft and chewed and is great with a cup of coffee. If you are a fan of Apple Butter, you will definitely put it on your list. These cookies are very good and improve the next day, so you can easily make them in advance.
Swaps
If you are not a fan of raisins, you can simply leave them. I also think they would be wonderful with Craisins. I did them with pecans and nuts and they were delicious both times.
If you read the comments, some people have changed apple butter, a person used peach butter and said they are delicious. Another person used the Granny Smith Mercat apples and loved him.
