The boiled eggs are so versatile and delicious. We like to make a large batch of boiled eggs to save for a high protein snack and especially to make delicious eggs with a devil. This is the perfect appetizer to do for the next party, whether you hosted or you are a guest. These devilish eggs are easy to make and are sure they will impress with their fresh, herby aroma with a little spice.
Ingredient notes


- Boiled eggs: You will want to make sure your eggs are harsh boiled. For more instructions in this regard, see our guide on how to boil the eggs, if you are really short in time, you can use painful boiled eggs bought from the store, but we recommend boiling them for best flavor and texture.
- Mayonnaise: This offers filling the final creamy, so make sure you don’t leave this ingredient!
- Salt and pepper: He used to spice up the filling in the chemichurri sauce.
- Sos chemichurri: Mixed in the Mayo filling. You can use the shop bought at a peak or you can make our house version with fresh ingredients below.
- Parsley: The freshly chopped stone is a necessity for this homemade sauce. You can use parsley with flat or chalk leaves.
- Garlic: The freshly chopped garlic offers the best aroma, but the chopped garlic works in a tip.
- Olive oil: Use a good quality olive oil, because it is a main component of your chemichurri sauce and helps you carry all the flavors of the other ingredients. Use a little more if you need to thin your sauce.
- Chili flakes: Used in this homemade sauce and can be used to garnish.
- Oregano: You can find dry oregano in the spice corridor. This is added to the aroma Herby of Chimichurri.
- Red wine vinegar: White wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar can be used as a substitute in the same quantity.
- Lemon juice: Fresh is the best, but if you are short in time, you can use bottled.

For everything you need to know about boiling eggs, see our guide on how to boil the eggs! With devilish eggs, you will want a beautiful boiled egg, but try to avoid an overloaded egg, as it can transform yolk gray. For the creamy yolks without a gray ring, target 10 minutes of boiling.
Pipe tips
A pastry pipe bag (such as the genre you use for frost) offers a professional look, but a spoon works perfectly and well. If you want to make a pipe, but you do not have a pastry bag and filling tips, remove the corner from a plastic bag as a quick DIY solution.


Make instructions before
If you need to prepare your devilish devil eggs before time, you can definitely! You will boil and clean the eggs, then prepare the filling, but do not assemble them yet.
Instead, you will put the eggs of white egg on a tray or on a tight container and cover them with wet paper towels before putting the lid on the container to keep them dry.
Transfer the filling to a separate container or in a pipe bag (you simply do not cut the tip yet!) And refrigerate everything until you are ready to use. Wait to fill the whites until no more than an hour or two before serving.
