Little Things Bulletin Bulletin #466 – Life, laughter and a lot of great food!

Welcome to the weekend, my friends! I came home to a glorious sunset the next day and I couldn’t resist stop on the alley to take a picture. In what amazing world we live, friends. Even when life throws us curve balloons, the sun still rises and sets in moments of beauty.

While I write this, the birds sing in full volume outside my window, and the sun has not even grown. I like it. I had a fun week here. My mother is visiting, and my youngest son is in his first school piece. Who knew that the high school theater could be so fun?

On blogs this week: Filled with creamy oats, sweet bananas, berries, a hint of brown sugar and spices, this crockpot oatmeal is a breakfast that my whole family enjoys. The best of all, this oatmeal worthy of lust can be done in one hour, without shaking at all!

Spicy, sweet and slightly awful salmon with broccoli is one of my favorite ways to cook and serve fish. A delightful simple sauce makes a double debt as marinated for fish and booty rape for fresh broccoli.

Mushrooms filled with crab Filled with soft cream cheese, fresh green onion and sweet crab meat back for more. These two bites are hard to stop eating.

If you are fortunate to have some extra mushrooms in the fridge, Garlicky Marinated mushrooms They are great to have at hand to add some pizzazz to salads, sandwiches, pizza, snacks and more! This simple recipe facilitates keeping a jar in the refrigerator at any time.

Slightly sweet and confused, Apple grape salad It is a fast and fresh fruit salad, with a creamy dressing you will want all summer. You cannot make mistakes to associate this with any grilled and fried meat or a sandwich for a quick meal to satisfy.

Italian chocolate salami It is made of crushed, chopped cakes and fried nuts, suspended in creamy chocolate that resembles salami. This different delightful dessert is served in many parts of the world.

Creamy cream, true ice cream with bananas, pieces of vanilla cakes and sweet whipped cream pockets to make ice cream with banana pudding. If you like the banana pudding, you will go wild for it!

What do I want: All salads! From the Italian grinding salad to Cheeseburger saladCalifornia spaghetti salad cauliflower, bacon and broccoli saladI’m ready to do them and eat them!

My favorite things this week I’m this hand cream And that cuticle oil. My hands were almost incredibly dry this winter and I finally started using both products again. My hands feel and look dramatically better after only a few days of regular use.

What do I listen to: Until the end by the ghost ship. I enjoy this group of months, and the whole album was a win for me. I can’t even choose a favorite song!

What do I read: Once again, I read The search for man for meaning by Viktor Frankl. I do not know if there is a book that I have ever recommended to friends more often. I would probably give it to everyone I know, given the opportunity. You know what, I will send a copy of this book to the first 20 people who send me through E -Email to say they would like to read it.

Viktor Frankl was Austrian psychiatrist and neurologist, as well as a Holocaust survivor. He believed that we could not avoid suffering, but we can choose how to cope, find meaning in it and move on for a renewed purpose.

“Everything can be taken from a man, but one thing: the last of the human freedoms – to choose someone’s attitude in any set of circumstances, to choose their own way.” – Viktor Frankl

“He lives as if you were living the second time and as if you were wrong for the first time.” – Viktor Frankl

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life nor angels, nor demons,[a] Neither the present, nor the future, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus, our Lord. ”Romani 8: 38-39 NIV

Wishing you a beautiful week full of little things that make you smile!
