The difference between New York Cheesecake and regular cheesecake

A New York Cheesecake is dense and rich because it has more cheese cream in it than a classic cheesecake.

Classic cheesecakes are lighter by texture by incorporating the cream and heavy cream to thin on the cheesecake battery.

New York Cheesecakes also have extra eggs or yolks to make a very rich, thick and creamy texture and are always ripe.

But today I share my Keto version of the New York Cheesecake version, which has no eggs, no sugar is added and it is not baked, but it will continue to give you that dense, rich and satisfactory creamy bite.

Traditional cheesecake versus no baking baking

Making a delicious creamy cheesecake, which has no sugar, a low carbohydrate and does not require baking, but has a taste of real, is the beauty of making it a sustainable way of life.

Traditional cheesecakes usually require eggs and baking and a baking cheese has no eggs and no baking is needed, which makes it simple and easy to bring together, but still delicious.

Options of sweetener with low -carbohydrate sugar -free sugar

You can certainly change the sweeteners that I have used with any sweetener you prefer. I like to combine two different sweeteners in my recipes, because they balance well and usually help to reduce any taste.

Feel free to use at least 1/2 cup of sweetener of your choice, if you just like a small amount of sweetness for your desserts. Use up to a complete cup if you want to have a sweeter cheesecake.

The most important thing is to always taste the beat to determine if the mixture is sweet enough for you.

Here is my sweetener guide and the conversion chart to help you decide how much to use other sweeteners. Include ordinary sugar in the graph, so you can compare and understand the sweet level of different ingredients.

Finding a sugar replacement is indeed a personal preference and you may need to try a few different-friendly sweeteners before deciding on the one you want to use most often in dessert recipes.

I do not recommend using a granulated sweetener, because your cheesecake will be granular and will not have a smooth texture.
