Quesarito’s Taco Bell did Keto

Taco Bell has always been one of my favorite fast -guilty festure pleasuresAnd this is not the first time I took one of their iconic menu elements and made it low by carbohydrates. I have already addressed Crunchwrap and even those tacos by Locos Doretos – and now, it’s time for quesarito. This Mashup with quesadilla cheese, rowing Tastes as well (honestly, better) than the original but without excess carbohydrates.

In the center everything is that Filling of bold nacho cheese That brings major taco bell vibrations. I use a mixture of ground beef, my cure taco spice and a Super creamy nacho cheese cream without dairy to get that classic aroma. Then I level it with a Spicy sauce of ranchero I make cream, Mayo, ranch spice and a few chapters. The result? The total comfort of fast food– But Keto.

Here’s how I keep it with a low carb

  • Low carbohydrate tortile -Use your favorite brand bought from the store or make them from scratch using my tortilla keto recipe.
  • Filling with Nacho witch cheese -ground beef + clean taco management + nacho cheese without dairy = everything.
  • Rice Lupini -Instead of Mexican rice, I use a friendly rice with Keto, obtained from Lupine beans. It is rich in fiber, with a low carbohydrate content and shows + it tastes very similar to the true thing.

I want to lower even more carbohydrates

Each quesarito with low carbohydrate carbohydrates is around 11 carbohydrates. If this is too high for the daily carbohydrate limit you can I omit Keto rice, omit the sauce or omit the Nacho cheese sauce (aka queso).
