Have you ever heard someone say that he finally found food freedom? Maybe you didn’t do it. Maybe you have no idea what that means. Maybe you have it and you really live your best life.

Whatever the case, food freedom is when you can eventually be free from the links that foods can have.

Certain foods may be addicted. I was addicted to sugar. My story for the freedom of sugar returns many years ago now. But even with the freedom of sugar, I was still suffering from bondage in carbohydrates. I didn’t realize how much I needed/want/eat, until I went.

Being on the Keto diet helped me in so many ways. I wrote this post about low carb differences from keto and my 6 -week results for those of you who may not yet understand the differences.

It was one of the best things I could have done and I highly recommend that if you fight with certain foods that have a strong control over you, start the Keto diet. It’s not as hard as you think and, in fact, my table plans can help you if you have no idea where to start. Here’s the update My3 Year at that 2018 post!

All my table plans are a low and keto carb and we even have a new keto plane with 2 meals a day. Now you can choose the low carb option, which allows up to 40 net carbohydrates a day or the Keto option, which is no more than 20 net carbohydrates, and the Keto de Post option has no more than 20 total carbohydrates per day.

Our membership is simple. You can subscribe for a month to try it or subscribe to an annual member.

Every Friday you will receive a table plan that comes on E -Email You will have this earlier to go shopping before the table plan starts on Sunday.

You will be able to view and print the table plan and shopping list. If you don’t like a meal, just wipe it and change it with another meal you like.

The shopping list will adjust automatically. It is the best software available there for a customizable menu plan. Not many other tables with small carbide or keto allow you to eliminate, add, start with an empty menu and create your own if you want.

You can choose from three table options:
