If you have been in a low diet of carbohydrates and/or keto for some time, you know that you are preparing that food for the next week is one of the most important things you can do for you.
If you have a family like me, knowing exactly what is for dinner helps so much on those crowded weeks. To be able to remove beef, chicken or fish to thaw the night before is a useful start.
But you knew you can even do a little more with some of my tables. Cutting the vegetables and sealing them well in a gallon bag in the fridge is always a good idea.
Making Keto desserts on the weekend not only will make your family happy, but it will be fantastic when you really want a treatment during the week. Having a low carbohydrate dessert ready at hand makes you less tempted to move away from this way of eating.

Our membership is simple. You can subscribe for a month to try it or subscribe to an annual member.
Every Friday you will receive a table plan that comes on E -Email You will have this earlier to go shopping before the table plan starts on Sunday.
You will be able to view and print the table plan and shopping list. If you don’t like a meal, just wipe it and change it with another meal you like.
The shopping list will adjust automatically. It is the best software available there for a customizable menu plan. Not many other tables with small carbide or keto allow you to eliminate, add, start with an empty menu and create your own if you want.
You can choose from three table options:
- Low carbohydrate mass plan Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks with 50 grams of carbohydrates or less a day.
